M 200 is a panel shaped insulation material which is mainly basing on fumed silica, and other components like opacifiers and fibers. Then optimized for the usage in the VIP - vacuum insulation panels. M 200 VIP have a very low density as well as the lowest possible thermal conductivity.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

Raw board – come out of the mold and the sides have slight “belly” of approximately 2 mm.
Cut to your required rectangular dimensions.
Non-woven fabric wrapping – allows a dust-free handling but air permeable covers. Equipped with this option M 200 can go directly into the drying oven. The non-woven
fabric can resist temperatures up to 160 ℃.

METHERM standard sized VIP core (1000*600*25mm) would be packed by honeycomb pallet carton with 76 pcs quantity in each pallet. And the size of pallet would be 1120x1420x1100 mm and 20’ GP FCL can full-load 16 pallets. The packaging also could be customized according to your order.

The board products must be handled and stored in dry and ventilated conditions.
