MESIL® AF series are Amino Silicone fluid, which is a basic ingredient that specially used in textile softeners.

It has the best adsorption, compatibility and easy emulsification. Using a mixer or homogenizer, the amino silicone fluid is easily emulsified into the stable, transparent micro-emulsion by suitable surfactant. It can be used alone, also can be combined with other silicone or organic softeners to become a special soft finishing agent, suitable for the soft finishing of various textiles.

APPLICATIONS

MESIL® AF series Amino silicone fluid is an ultra-soft finishing agent, suitable for a variety of fibers and fabrics, can improve the tensile strength and tear strength of the fabric and wrinkle resistance, widely used in the finishing of dark fabrics;

MESIL® AF series Amino silicone fluid can be widely used in shampoo, perm, lipstick and other cosmetics industries, improve wet and dry combing;

MESIL® AF series Amino silicone fluid is an important part of the polishing agent, can improve the gloss of the treated surface significantly, has a high durability, can be widely used in furniture, leather, automotive industries etc.

PACKAGING

MESIL® AF series is packaged with net weight 200 kg steel drum or net weight 950 kg IBC drum. 20’GP FCL can full-load 80 steel drums(16,000.0kg) or 18 IBC drums(17,100.0 kg).

In the original unopened packaging, MESIL® AF series fluid has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at ambient temperatures.

The product does not freeze and there are no restrictions on storage.
